Introducing our popular a la carte menu item, "Milanese Veal Cutlet". It is slightly similar to the Japanese dish called "Tonkatsu" (pork cutlet), but is made by pounding veal, dipping it in flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs, then baking it in olive oil and deep frying it. We hope you will try it.
